No refunds if you or the person you gifted cancels their session appointment.  All sessions must be redeemed upon approval of date and time with Remy Lee.  Betwixt☆Books and Remy Lee reserves the right to refuse service for no reason and Gift card expires 12/31/2026.

Do you have a return policy?

 

Answers

Yes and No. We allow customers a 30 day return policy on physical items purchased in the store if they were purchased for full price.  These items do not have to be defective. However, only defective items will receive a cash refund.  All other refunds are executed via store credit that is issued to customers electeonically with aPIN number to apply at checkout. Non-defective items, discounted, clearance or sale items /services or purchases will not be refunded for any reason.  Store credit is issued upon management approval but no guarantees are issued to the public.  Betwixt☆Books reserves the right to declare a final sale of all physical merchandise, services and any other purchases or transactions made between Betwixt☆Books and customers.
